Enhancing or creating an atmosphere at your function is as important to us as it is to you and the correct choice of lighting is therefore essential.

Chandeliers are the most popular form of lighting, providing a classical feel to the marquee. Controlled by a dimmer, they simply run along the centre of the roof.

Spotlights can highlight features both inside and outside the marquee to draw the eye to perhaps a cake table or mirror ball inside or light up particular areas, such as trees, outside.

Uplighters are very effective for atmospheric lighting and work particularly well at winter events where it is very dark outside. Again controlled by a dimmer, the uplighters sit on the floor around the edge of the marquee and shine up at the walls. For safety reasons we would not recommend uplighters for large parties or if the walls of the marquee will be opened as they can be easily knocked over.
